Workplace Training
Where learning goes far beyond the academic.
From team building to enhancing diversity using exercises based upon the Myers Briggs Type Inventory®, We’re Cooking Now offers a variety of training programs to make your business more competitive and the work environment more enjoyable. Drawing upon the numerous life skills employed in cooking, the accessibility of food preparation, and the universal appeal of food, our training blends the real-world experience of learning new skills with the intrinsic motivation of eating tasty food to deliver workplace training at a meaningful and transformative level.
We’re Cooking Now offers two major approaches to workplace training. The first approach consists of group cooking classes designed around either team building, preparing and eating healthy food, or celebrating holidays or business accomplishments. These classes run about 3-4 hours and can be held in the location of your choice or in a local commercial kitchen.
The second approach consists of an in-depth exploration of individual dynamics as learners focus on either enhancing diversity and communication, out-of-the-box problem solving, leadership development, or holistic health. This approach combines food preparation with one or more of the following exercises: pre-workshop testing, take home assignments, group analysis, filed trips, and exercises based on one's Myers Briggs Type Inventory® 4-letter type code. These classes are offered in a variety of formats, from a few hours to multi-day workshops.

"Thank you for your message. Our entire team just
raved about how much they enjoyed the event! After returning to the office
we talked about how a team should always work with a plan (recipe), how quality
ingredients make a difference in the end result, and how success in our end
results should be shared as a team, i.e. enjoying the meal! The time spent
with you certainly made an impact to our group and I truly believe our team will
continue to grow together after their experience. Thank you again for giving
your time and making a difference!
All the Best,"
